Andie Jarrard, CNRP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner working in collaborative practice with Dr. Weily Soong. Andie is originally from southern Indiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Didactic Dietetics from Purdue University. She then moved to Birmingham and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She worked as a nurse for 3 years in Hematology Oncology. She then completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Andie is dedicated to providing patient-centered care and advocating for her patients’ needs. Her goal as a provider is to form meaningful relationships withher patients and to make sure they understand their diagnosis for optimal health outcomes. Andie is excited to be able to incorporate her background in nutrition to the care she provides to patients with food allergies. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her fiancé traveling, hiking, camping, and exploring new restaurants in Birmingham.
